Leo Babauta on Mastering the Art of Change

Leo BabautaThe interview was conducted before the holidays, when Leo Babauta of Zen Habits was promoting his new book, Zen Habits: Mastering the Art of Change, through Kickstarter. He is a guy who I have long known, admired and liked. Leo was one of the very first guests on this podcast, five or six years ago. So, it’s great to have him back.

His new book, Zen Habits, delves into how to change habits and deal with life changes, frustrations with others, and more.

In this interview, Leo and I discuss:

  • Why triggers and sequences can be so powerful to behavioural change
