What Millennials Really Want

According to a recent study, what millennials want can be summed up in one word: coaching. Forbes reports that millennials crave feedback 50% more often than other employees. Yet, only 46% felt that their managers provided the development feedback they were looking for.

Looks like managers will need to improve their coaching skills.

Questions as a Management Tool
