DIRECTOR, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

It’s a new role in our Sales team, and we are excited to be bringing on a someone who loves developing new clients, bringing them “over the line”, and yet has the experience to also manage existing clients for growth to help us meet our Sales goals.

Box of Crayons strengthens leadership and culture within organizations by giving busy managers and leaders the tools to coach in a way that works. We design and deliver coaching programs that reframe how people think about coaching (how it can be done, and its ability to transform their work), and by supporting them in changing behaviours to embed as habit the new skills we introduce in the programs. Our ambition is to help organizational cultures shift from advice-driven to curiosity-led.
