The Coaching Habit +

The Coaching Habit program shows busy managers how to slay the Advice Monster so that they can say less, ask more and change the way they lead forever. To ensure that it becomes an innate way of leading and interacting, we deliver tools and accountability systems to get it “in their bones.”

We focus on a range of practical, next-day-ready coaching tools to increase focus, engagement and impact.

This extended program includes additional coaching practice time in the afternoon. The practice, done in pairs or triads, helps get the 7 Core Questions “in the bones” of the participants and continues to build the definition of coaching as a way of being together — as opposed to a “weird HR thing.”

Session Facilitator: Hélène Bellerose
