A successful outcome for us is when there is positive behaviour change for our participants, and they become more curious and coach-like in the way they work. So the question we’re always asking ourselves is this: What’s the best way to drive this behaviour change?
Sometimes, a Train the Trainer (T3) offering is a critical part of the solution. In some organizations, training is more likely to scale and to stick if it’s delivered by one of their own. We’ve created successful Train the Trainer programs with organizations who are engaging in enterprise-wide culture change, including EllisDon, Live for Good and UpWork.
Practical Frameworks for Coach-Like Curiosity
The Coaching Impact (previously Coaching for Great Work) explores curiosity-led behaviours that will allow participants to hone their potential and help them transform their organizations. Building on the foundations of The Coaching Habit program, which uncovers the “why” of coach-like behaviours, this program provides participants with a step-by-step process within this framework for tackling crucial problems. Participants will experience the power of curiosity to narrow their focus while identifying real challenges, to decant ideas and expand possible solutions, and to create accountability while fostering resilience.
This program helps participants develop the insights and skills they need to encourage long-term behaviour change that will drive engagement and increase business impact at all organizational levels.
How can you offer Train the Trainer at your organization?
In order to deliver our programs through a Train the Trainer method, we have three criteria you must meet:
• A minimum of two facilitators must be trained at once (up to a max of three per cohort).
• Your trainees must have a solid facilitation background: they’re comfortable in front of a group; they have a level of energy and panache; and they’re willing to put the group’s needs before their own.
• You must purchase, up front, a minimum of 300 licences per accredited cohort of facilitators annually.

We’re all for that. Following certification in The Coaching Impact Live or Virtual. Your Internal Program Leaders (IPLs) will receive the opportunity to become certified in a new modality of delivery. This self-led process includes a series of short-serve videos, PDFs and instructions to set you up for success in facilitation.
We want IPLs to be equipped to deliver in all modalities they choose, so that our programs can have the most impact!
